Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Plans purchased through this funnel start with a free trial as stated at checkout (currently 5 days). You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and is billed to your payment method on file.

Cancel anytime during the trial from your dashboard or by emailing hello@climbai.io and you will not be charged.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first paid period of Climb AI is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund under this guarantee, email hello@climbai.io no later than day 29 after your first charge. This deadline is at least one day before the 30-day guarantee window ends.

Please include the purchase email address, order details if available, your website URL, and a short explanation of why the platform did not meet your expectations.

3. What the Guarantee Covers

The guarantee covers purchase satisfaction with the Climb AI platform experience during your first paid period. It does not guarantee search engine rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, indexation, leads, sales, keyword movement, or any other SEO or GEO outcome.

4. What Is Not Covered

Unless required by law, the guarantee does not cover renewal charges, additional purchases or add-ons bought after checkout, accounts that have already received a refund, chargebacks, abuse of the refund process, or requests submitted after day 29.

Changes in rankings, traffic, AI citations, or visibility scores over time are normal characteristics of search and AI platforms, are outside our control, and are not grounds for a refund.

5. SEO and AI-Search Risk

You are responsible for deciding whether SEO and AI-visibility activity is appropriate for your website. Search engines and AI answer engines may change how they crawl, index, rank, cite, or evaluate websites at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Climb AI is not responsible for ranking losses, deindexing, search engine penalties, traffic loss, revenue loss, reputational damage, website damage, or any other harm related to SEO activity, AI-generated content, third-party platforms, or use of the service. You accept all risk, and Climb AI bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind.

6. Processing

After we receive a valid refund request, we will review it and respond by email. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Cancellation

To stop future billing, cancel from your dashboard or email hello@climbai.io before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals after processing, but it does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved under this policy or required by law.
