1. Service

Climb AI provides an AI-powered SEO and AI-search (GEO) software platform based on the plan you purchase and the information you provide, which may include your website, business details, keywords, competitors, and connected integrations such as your CMS or Google Search Console.

Feature availability, analysis results, content output, publishing behavior, and reporting details may vary based on your website, connected services, third-party platform behavior, AI model behavior, and operational factors outside our control.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, confirming you have authority over the website and accounts you connect, reviewing AI-generated content before or after publication as you see fit, and deciding whether SEO and AI-visibility activity is appropriate for your business, website, niche, and risk tolerance.

You agree not to connect websites or submit content, keywords, or requests that are unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for the service.

3. SEO, AI Search, and Content Risk

Search engines and AI answer engines use their own rules, algorithms, review processes, and enforcement systems. These can change at any time. SEO activity, AI-generated content, and website changes can carry risk, including potential ranking movement, indexing changes, traffic changes, citation changes, or platform actions.

You understand and agree that you use Climb AI at your own judgment and risk. Climb AI does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexation, AI citations, leads, sales, keyword movement, search visibility, or any specific SEO or GEO outcome.

4. No Responsibility for SEO Harm, Damage, or Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Climb AI is not responsible for ranking losses, deindexing, search engine penalties, traffic loss, revenue loss, reputational damage, website damage, business interruption, or any other harm related to SEO activity, AI-generated content, published changes, third-party platforms, search engine or AI engine updates, or your use of the service.

You accept all risk of using the service. If the platform, its content, or any resulting SEO or GEO activity causes any damage, loss, penalty, or negative effect of any kind — to your website, rankings, traffic, revenue, reputation, or business — you agree that Climb AI is not liable and bears no responsibility whatsoever.

5. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Platforms

Parts of the service are produced by artificial intelligence. AI output can contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed for your use case. You are responsible for the content published on your properties, including content the platform drafts or publishes at your direction.

Search results, AI answer citations, and third-party platform behavior (including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and your CMS provider) are outside our control and can change at any time. Any score, citation count, or visibility metric shown at one point in time is a snapshot only and may go up or down.

6. Free Trial, Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Plans may start with a free trial as stated at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and renews (monthly or yearly, per your plan) until canceled. To cancel, use your dashboard or email hello@climbai.io before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing after it is processed, but it does not automatically refund prior charges unless a refund is required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first paid period may be covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. To request a refund under that guarantee, email hello@climbai.io no later than day 29 after your first charge.

The guarantee is about purchase satisfaction with the platform. It is not a guarantee of SEO results, AI citations, search rankings, traffic, indexation, leads, sales, or revenue.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers. You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and for paying all charges associated with your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Climb AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost business opportunities, or loss of goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Climb AI harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your website, connected accounts, submitted materials, published content, breach of these Terms, or use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
